To ensure smooth conduct of the tournament, all participants and teams are requested to carefully note the following terms:

Entry Fees

• Entry fees are non-refundable except if the tournament is canceled.
• Refunds will only be considered in the event of tournament cancellation by the organizers.
• No refund requests will be entertained for team withdrawals, disqualifications, or failure to show up.

Media & Publicity Consent

• By participating, players and teams provide consent for photographs, video recordings, and media coverage during the tournament.
• The organizers may use such content for promotion, publicity, and documentation without additional approval or compensation.

Liability & Safety

• The organizers will take necessary precautions for player safety but shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies during the tournament.
• Teams and players are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Organizers will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

Schedules & Changes

• Match timings and schedules may be rescheduled, delayed, or adjusted due to weather conditions, venue availability, or operational requirements.
• Teams will be informed of such changes at the earliest possible time through official communication channels.
